The free online service PartnerWeb-Connect has replaced the previous PartnerWeb solution. It features a brand-new, user-friendly interface, plus other time-saving functions to complement the existing ones. With PartnerWeb-Connect, you can send various notifications to the Compensation Fund in encrypted form online – and at any time. You benefit from quick replies and an electronic dossier that is always available. It’s free to register for and use PartnerWeb-Connect!

IMPORTANT: Affiliation with the GastroSocial Compensation Fund is needed to use PartnerWeb-Connect.

Note: PartnerWeb-Connect’s functions are integrated into both the salary program miruSocial and the mirusConnect interfaces. If you already use the salary program miruSocial and the mirusConnect interfaces, you do not have to register for PartnerWeb-Connect.

The start page forms the centrepiece of PartnerWeb-Connect. All information that is important to you – e.g. pending tasks, recent messages, your employees – are visible at a glance.

NEW: Focus on employees – employees lie at the heart of PartnerWeb-Connect. Actions such as child allowance applications are initiated directly from the employee list or the employee overview, where possible.

NEW: Mobile-capable – PartnerWeb-Connect adapts to the device and can even be used on mobile devices.

What does PartnerWeb-Connect offer?

  • Family allowance processing is one of the main focuses of PartnerWeb-Connect. The following functions can be initiated by the user: registering for family allowance, overview of benefit recipients, number of departures
  • Registering for income compensation is supported.
  • Registering for maternity allowance is supported.
  • Notification of incoming and outgoing employees to the GastroSocial Compensation Fund. When registering employees (incl. multiple registrations), proof of insurance is generated automatically.
  • The following functions are available in the salary notification area: salary notification online, send salary notification file, transmission via ELM 4.0, notify salary amendments, change advance payment rules, notify salary totals
  • User administration
  • Other functions (e.g. extensive help functions, tutorials, guidance on relevant innovations, direct support requests etc.)
